Lewes-Rehoboth Area Congregations (LRAC) Executive Director Hiring Announcement

Background: The Lewes-Rehoboth Area Congregations (LRAC) is an interfaith nonprofit organization established in 1983 as a collaborative effort of local churches to serve those in need in the community. LRAC runs the New Life Thrift Shop, the proceeds of which fund grant support for the Community Resource Center and a host of other local ministry partners. LRAC’s Board of Directors is hiring an Executive Director.
Executive Director Duties: The Executive Director directs the day-to-day operations of LRAC. Specific duties fall into three areas:
- Coordinate LRAC’s organizational and outreach operations and communication.
- Provide operations oversight and administrative direction and support.
- Research, organize and promote additional fund raising activities for LRAC.
