Loving God & Neighbor
The Lewes-Rehoboth Association of Congregations (LRAC) is a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit corporation established in 1983 as a collaborative effort of local churches to come together to serve those in need in the community. LRAC runs the New Life Thrift Shop which funds grant support for the Community Resource Center and a host of other local ministry partners.

We’re All a Part of that Promise
Nearly 40 years ago, nine congregations in the Lewes Rehoboth Beach area came together to join hands and hearts as we love God and our neighbors with everything we’ve got – helping more people in more transformative ways together than we could ever do separately. We focus on our neighbors in the Cape Henlopen School District, sharing the abundant resources generated by our New Life Thrift Shop with area ministry partners working to alleviate homelessness and hunger, sharing in the work of loving our neighbors with volunteers from our congregations, and coordinating the outreach of each of our churches to better serve our neighbors in need.
